The accommodation is at walking distance from the city center & public transport. It is also next to the ROC of Twente and the Saxion University of Applied Sciences. The University of Twente is 15 minutes by bike.

The Ariënsplein 1-600 upon till 1-629 is only available for students. The contracts for these rooms are for undetermined time with a minimum duration of 12 months. This means you can stay here for the entire duration of your studies if desired.

This is a self-contained student room on the 2th floor

*Conditions and extra costs:

• We only rent to students. If you are no longer a student, you have to leave the studio within 6 months
• The minimum rental period is 12 months
• We reserve the right to reject candidates without giving reasons
• Sublease is not allowed and actively checked.
• You must purchase your own router in order to have access to the internet connection in your studio

In addition to the rent, the tenant owes the following fees:
