This is a quiet and popular neighbourhood with lots of greenery, at walking distance from the city centre. Various amenities such as supermarkets, shops, cafés and public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The studio is located in a well-maintained building and offers complete privacy.

SPACE
The studio is compact but efficiently laid out and offers enough space for comfortable living, and is approximately 22m2.

INDELING
The self-contained studio has its own kitchen and bathroom, allowing you to live completely independently. There is enough space for a sitting area, bed and dining table.
