This space is also equipped with a large dining table with chairs, sofa and a washing machine and dryer.

The patio provides access to the semi-studios and the stairs to the spacious communal roof terrace of over 50m².

Semi studio no. III (32,7m²):

Sleeping/living space of almost 30m² with a large window overlooking your own private terrace of approx. 10m². This space has a modern floor, plastered walls, beautiful lamps and a pantry. The bathroom of approx. 3.7m² has a walk-in shower, washbasin with furniture and a fresh, sleek look.

You pay a monthly advance for heat, energy, water, internet/TV and all other service costs.
