The Blackbox is our brand-new accommodation at the Eendrachtskade 2 en counts 283 self-contained residential units.

Type of studios: Premium

The student accommodation is just a few minutes away from the universities and within 4 minutes by bike you’re standing in the middle of the city center. Our accommodation has a common living room, study room, laundry room (with washing machines & dryers) and bike storage. Additionally, there is also a gym present which is being managed by an external company.

Renting a parking space is possible.

The studios are upholstered and semi-furnished with:

- Curtains, desk & closet

- Kitchenette, refrigerator, 2 ring induction hob, combi oven-microwave and kettle

- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet

- Bed (120x200cm) with mattress and molton

The studios are situated at the 1st floor upon till the 8th floor.

The apartments are situated on the mezzanine floor and on the 9th upon till the 12th floor. They are equipped with a high quality design & furniture. The apartments are additionally equipped with a sofa, table, television, private washing machine and box spring (160x200cm). The induction hob in the apartments consists of 4 rings.

This is a self-contained 1-bedroom flat on the 11th floor

Conditions and extra costs:

- We only rent to students, therefore residents who are no longer a student must leave within 6 months

- The minimum rental period is 12 months

- Sublease is not allowed and is actively checked

- Each room has access to a LAN internet connection in their room and digital TV stations. You will have to bring your own router.

In addition to the rent, the tenant must pay the following fees:

- Advance payment service costs | €60.00

- Internet | €17.50

- Furnishing and upholstery one bedroom apartment | €200.00

- Laundry machine studio | €12.50

- Laundry machine apartment | €15.00

One-off payment in advance:

- Registration fee | €25.00

- Administration fee | €75.00

- Final cleaning | €115.00
