In all apartments are shared by 3 or 4 co-tenants based on specific Housing Conditions of the Municipality of Amsterdam. You can choose out of different housing costs including all supplies of energy, water, internet, cleaning and costs of waste tax and water board tax:

These pictures are from a 15m² bedroom for one person, with a fully equipped second kitchen, efficiently furnished with a high bed + a sitting bench underneath.

You will not be invited for a viewing or introduction to the other co-tenants if you do not send the required responses, along with your contact details.

Living in this complex is affordable because it INCLUDES the costs for water, internet, cleaning of the stairwell, furniture/equipment, plus fixed costs for the energy network €35,00, local taxes €80,00, and an advance for electricity (40 kWh) and gas (30 m³).

Only available for ONE person who can demonstrate a stable income for the next 24 months, with a NET salary higher than €2.400,00 and over 24 years old.
